Our Story

Creates.community was born from the determination of two longtime friends, Lucas Fauchille and Morgan Donnette, to address problems they discovered throughout their respective professional experiences in various sectors. Despite working in different organizations, they both observed the difficulty in sharing information within companies and identifying each individual's skills.

Whether it's rarely updated skill catalogs, a lack of visibility on who does what within a team, or endless delays in getting an answer, both founders experienced growing frustration. They then decided to create a solution that simplifies skill management while being easily integrable into existing company tools.

Their shared vision is to build a platform which, through an automated tool, not only helps companies gain efficiency, but also facilitates internal mobility. They aim to create a tool that is intuitive, requires no complex integration, and above all can involve every actor in the company, from employees to managers to HR, making the talent management process smooth and effective.

It was with this goal in mind that Creates.community was designed, uniting technology and human management so that all companies can better leverage the potential of their teams.
