Our Story

Creates.community was born from a real-world observation. When one of the co-founders was working on a consulting assignment, billed at €1,000 per day, within a large company, it took him nearly three weeks to identify the person with a specific skill on using an internal tool. The HR teams, already heavily solicited and lacking a sufficiently detailed skills map at that time, did not have the necessary visibility to support this search. This situation highlighted a broader problem: information sharing remained complex and skill identification lacked clarity, despite the existence of dedicated tools.

Through discussions with HR teams, the co-founders found that this problem was not new. While having a skills map is a widely shared objective, its implementation remains difficult in daily practice. Due to lack of time and usage, tools are rarely kept up to date. Employees access them infrequently, information is sometimes incomplete, and the complexity of frameworks makes updating them burdensome. The result: scattered data, barely usable, and a loss of operational value for the company.

Through these exchanges, another finding quickly emerged. If skills mapping was not always created or kept up to date, it was also due to lack of time. HR teams spend a significant part of their daily routine answering recurring questions related to leave, payroll, bonuses, or internal policies…

Faced with this observation, the two co-founders decided to create a solution capable of saving time for HR, by handling lower-value questions, while simplifying access to and updating of skills, without imposing a new tool on employees and without generating heavy change management. By integrating the HR experience directly in the company chat, where teams already communicate daily.

This solution, designed for simple and natural adoption, is Eloise.
